Stephane Schmitt comes to Belleville by way of Paris, France, where he was born and raised.
Having honed his skills in restaurants in the New York area as well as Kingston’s Chez Piggy and Le Chien Noir Bistro, Stephane believes in quality, simplicity and value, and prides himself on creating menus that showcase “the freshest, local ingredients."
